Doing Breathwork in group is an amazing experience, even now we are forced to move online to breathe together. The presence of other people breathing with you and all going through their own proces can be very reassuring and comforting. Let’s ride the wave together!

LGBTQIA+ ONLINE Breathwork Group
This is an online Breathwork group for LGBTQIA+ people only. Every month I collaborate with an LGBTQIA+ author so that your participation to the group goes fully to sending books to Books Beyond Bars, who connect LGBTQIA+ people in prison to books, zines and educational material.
As breathwork is ideal for clearing stress and anxiety and finding a sense of trust and safety within ourselves, this is a powerful practice, especially for queers! I aim for this circle to be a safe and cosy space where we can dive deep into our bodies and heal together. We start with a short check in, I will guide you into the breathwork and we usually end with sharing our experiences.
Breathwork with Nettle
As an apprentice in intuitive herbalism, I know that the somatic experience of a herb can give us lots of information about our inner process. Somehow the plants can hold us to feel into things on a deeper level and show us where we need to turn our attention. Dandelion’s bitterness can hold us while exploring difficult emotions like Anger. We will start the session with a somatic exploration of Dandelion (have your cup of hot tea ready!) and then do some breathwork.
